Day One: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Distance: Approximately 250 Kms
Drive Duration: About 4hours
You will be met at JKIA airport in the morning, after meet and greet you will be briefed about your tour then you depart for Amboseli National Park, driving through the scenic Maasai / Kamba plains along Nairobi – Mombasa road, a brief stopover at Emali town then continue to arrive for lunch at the lodge / camp. After lunch you depart for the afternoon game drive. A visit to this park will confirm that while Mount Kilimanjaro is located in neighboring Tanzania, the best views are from the Kenyan side. On a clear day you will be able to get a splendid view of this snow -capped mountain; Africa’s highest mountain. This park is the perfect place to be, for you to see some of the big five up close – especially the elephants. If you are lucky, you can see a herd of more than 50 elephants in one go. All the big five are also well represented here. Other animals include; the Cheetah, Wild dogs, the Maasai Giraffe, Zebra, Crocodile in Lake Amboseli , the Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik- dik, Lesser Kudu, and Nocturnal Porcupine together with a prolific birdlife featuring over 600 species. Day Two: Amboseli National Park
On this day you will wake up for the morning game drive with a chance to see the beauty of sunrise, you return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you may relax by the pool or at the comfort of your room until lunch. After lunch you go for another game drive and explore this park further until 1800 hrs when you return to the lodge or camp. Alternatively you may opt to leave with packed lunch and have a full day game drive.

Day Three: Amboseli National Park – Lake Manyara National Park
Distance: Approximately 260 Kms
Drive Duration: About 5hours
After breakfast you will check out and transfer to Namanga border where you will meet our Tanzania Representative to assist you on border crossing and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives with a picnic lunch. Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara is one of the most beautiful places in Africa. The Park is dramatically marked off by lush green vegetation consisting of tall trees of the groundwater forest, which provide a home to troops of baboons and blue monkeys. Further down, the forest opens up into woodland, grassland, swamps, and beyond, the soda lake itself where over 350 species of birds, including the lively flamingo, pelican, sacred ibis, grebe, and stork can be viewed. At the southern end of the Park are hot sulfur springs called Maji Moto. Manyara is noted for its numerous buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo, as well as a great variety of smaller animals, and of course the very elusive tree-climbing lions. Day Four: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park
Distance: Approximately 121 Kms
Drive Duration: About 3hours
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, you will arrive at the Nabi hills gate and after formalities, you will enter Serengeti and probably the greatest park on earth. This park, undoubtedly the most famous in the world, covers over 14 000 sq. km and offers amongst many other things the biggest concentration of big cats in the world (Cheetahs, Lions, Leopards, Wild cats…). Many different landscapes can be found in the Serengeti: Savannah with the big plains to the south, hills & woods to the west, the kopjes area to the east, and bushland to the north. Important rivers (Seronera, Banagi, Grumeti ) also run through the park. Many different species of mammals can be spotted during game drives; elephants, buffalo, giraffes, antelopes… Hippo and crocodiles can also be found. Day Five: Serengeti National Park Full Day Game Drive
Early morning game drive Serengeti National Park, back for breakfast at the camp and relax, again proceed for a full day game drive with picnic lunches. All three big cats are commonly seen, as are many other animals, and the savannah grasslands interspersed with signature acacia trees is classic safari terrain. It can get busy, but it’s a vast area where you can easily find some solitude.

Day Six: Serengeti National Park– Ngorongoro Crater
Distance: Approximately 70 Kms
Drive Duration: About 2hours
After breakfast you will check out and depart for another day game drive heading to Ngorongoro conservation area. You arrive for late afternoon. Have lunch and relax by the pool or at the comfort of your room. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation as reserved.

Day Seven: Ngorongoro Crater Full day Game drives
After breakfast Descend into the 100-square-mile Ngorongoro Crater to view the game on the vast grasslands of the crater floor. The bottom of the crater dotted with watering holes, shelters almost 30 000 animals in an area naturally enclosed by the slopes of the volcano. You will find the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard among others. Ngorongoro crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world and surrounded by very steep walls rising 610 meters from the floor, it is considered to be one of the Wonders of the Natural World and is a veritable haven for wildlife. Spectacular animal life can be found throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water. Picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool, later ascend and arrive at your lodge for sunset. Day Eight: Ngorongoro Crater – Nairobi Via Namanga Border
Distance: Approximately 440 Kms
Drive Duration: About 7hours with border cross procedures
After breakfast, you will check out and drive to Namanga border where you will meet the Kenyan guide who will transfer you to JKIA airport to check in for your departure flight.
End of Itinerary
